In Tank Invaders you step in the role of a soldier from the ranks of General Roger handpicked to fight Terror, the evil military mastermind behind the Enemy Forces by shooting them with missles, machine guns, EMPs, nukes and Power-Ups in this over-the-top, action-packed arcade game designed for mobile platforms.

Deeply inspired by 80s actions movies and featuring a fast paced gameplay, full voiced-over dialogues, stunning 3D art, huge and intense boss fights, Tank Invaders will kick you off right in the action and you will be shooting missles in no time, through simple and intuitive touch-based controls! But soldiers, beware: as this intense war goes on Terror will unleash more and more powerful Battle Units and Boss Units numbering over 10 unique vehicles at his disposal!

History

In the beggining...

Tank Invaders is a game that changed and evolved a lot during its long and winded history of development – one which beginning dates back to the first days of 2012. At every milestone reached and every playtest realized, we would draw completely revamped conclusions about the project and would adjust our sails towards a new direction. This process eventually ended up transforming what initially seemed to be a simple tap game into a modern and tactical version of a classic shoot ‘em up.

And then...

Always excited with the positive feedback the game was receiving since its inception, the team grew up along with the project. With invigorated joy and motivation after the game was awarded as Best Mobile Game of SBGames 2013’s Independent Games Festival, we marched towards the last phase of our journey.

Going Guerilla!

After a lot of conversations with dozens of publishers, having considered plenty of different release models and partnerships, we decided that self-publishing and self-marketing our game was the only way there could be for us. Finally – some months, prizes, interfaces e redesigns after – it is with great pride that we can present Tank Invaders to the world!
